Room and en-suite clean,tasteful and in keeping with this splendid thatched house. Hosts pleasant & friendly but not overbearing. Nice breakfast in lovely room looking out on the garden. Location excellent, in this charming picturesque village, with a choice of pubs and restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance. Good value for this standard.

Stayed here for two nights while going for some walks around Exmoor. Dave and Sue are super friendly hosts. The place has very nice rooms with everything you need. There was also a nice garden and guest lounge where we found lots of book, games and DVDs that we could use at night. Full cooked breakfast included. There was also lots of useful information about the local area.

Comfiest bed I have ever used in my life, super accommodating for myself and my dog. Turned up soaked and plastered in mud and she was incredibly accomadating and relaxed about everything, helped us get dry and out of the rain. Provided a dirty towel for my dog to be dried off with! Amazing night and amazing breakfast. Will be going again 100% 11/10

Beautiful thatched cottage right in town. Clean, comfortably, well-appointed spacious rooms with great bathrooms. Handy guest lounge. Great breakfasts & really nice, friendly, helpful hosts

This B&B is very beautiful and the hosts are just great! It is an romantic, quiet place! Perfect for young couples :)

Incredibly friendly here and in the village. Really put us at ease, and tried hard to accomodate our needs. The room was spotless. Parking was a tiny inconvenience as it was hard to park exactly at the building but it was possible a short walk away. If you have small children I would advise using a sling rather than a pushchair due to the surrounding streets having incomplete pavements and the roads are narrow. The breakfasts are well made with quality ingredients and attention to detail. I would come again as often as I can. So in summary for all you other travelers- it's terrible and stay away so the rooms are available for me! Mwah Ha Ha!.

Fantastic. Gorgeous breakfast and comfy bed. Great friendly hosts. The prettiest B&B we have ever stayed in. Can't wait to go back.
